Pre-Authorisation Security Deposit

We ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.

We endeavour to check the apartment and release the deposit hold on your day of departure.

£150 per booked apartment, so if you have multiple apartments booked, please increase quantity to 2 or more.
