The sun is still shining on the Isle of Wight this autumn, as shown by the picture below of Orchard Bay, Ventnor, from Sunday. Having been washed away by a storm 2 years ago, the footpath and steps to this secluded gem just beyond Ventnor Botanic Gardens have just re-opened, allowing locals and visitors to enjoy this wonderful spot.
Perfect for a picnic or playing about after a trip to the gardens, they offer a lovely place to enjoy what the island has to offer.
We’re open all year round, with our new apartments, Highlands, launching in a couple of days, so get in touch to book your autumn and winter breaks on the Isle of Wight.
