We’ve made the big decision to stop charging booking fees for all new bookings – saving you £35 on your stay!
With the growing trend of charging without a booking fee across the holiday let industry and the fee now being used by the big agencies only, we’ve decided that, as a small, local business, we feel that it doesn’t fit in anymore and much better used for ice creams on the island!
Don’t forget – 2020 availability is now open and filling up fast, so get booking your stay now to avoid missing your chosen week.

Whilst 2018 seems an age away, we’ve been celebrating our success in the year after winning at the Booking.com Guest Review Awards 2018.
We were delighted to win for Highlands Apartments 2, 3, 4 and 5, plus The Priory, with scores over 9 out of 10 for all our properties. Shanklin Manor just missed out after being 1 review short of the awards, which it has now received.
It is great to receive the lovely reviews from our customers and we’re pleased to add them to our ongoing Airbnb Superhost status and EnjoyEngland 5* rating.
Thank you to all of our guests who stayed in 2018 – we look forward to welcoming you back in 2019.

In the Holiday Destination Of The Year 2018 category, our island got the accolade after nearly 30,000 readers voted in the awards, with the food, walks and of course fossils noted.
On the Isle of Wight, judge Mark Rowe has said:
The Isle of Wight deserves its recognition. As a holiday destination it has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years – still keeping its bucket and spades close to its heart but opening up to good food, walking and local crafts.
There is still availability across our properties including limited July and August weeks – but getting booking quick, as the calendar is filling up fast.
