Booking Protect has undergone a rebrand and now become XCover.
Rest assured, there has been no change to the refund protection, which continues to offer guests the peace of mind and security to know that they won’t be left out of pocket if certain unexpected circumstances occur and they have to unfortunately cancel their next island escape.
In addition to the new name, it is now even easier to add protection after your booking has been placed. You can add it at any time up to and including when you pay your balance via My Stay Planner – just click Pay under your booking, select Yes in the Booking Refund Protection section and make payment.
You can also add it for VRBO now too – just follow the above instructions.
