Final Maintenance Projects Completed

The final big maintenance projects have now been complete for this off season – and it was all about aiming high!

Over at The Priory, all of the window cills, wooden windows and facias/soffits across the building have now been repainted with a fresh lick of gloss paint, which looks great now the scaffold is down. At Shanklin Manor, the lead roof valley has been replaced, perfect to keep our new loft insulation nice and dry! Finally, at Highlands, we’ve been back up the ladder to return the newly refurbished squirrel feeders back to our magnificent sweet chestnut tree after the recent treework – and of course, restocked it with plenty of treats for our visiting red squirrels!

Aiming high for the future, we’ve also added a couple of new plants at Highlands to replace ones lost over the winter, including a yucca and magnolia!
