We’ve recently completed two seating refreshes at our apartments.
Firstly, we’ve refreshed the balcony in apartment 4 at Highlands with a new table assembled and all of the chairs refreshed with a sand and fresh coat of furniture oil – ready for a summer of alfresco dining! 
Secondly, the sofas at Shanklin Manor have had a refresh with the leather recoloured to bring them back to their best! ️️
